SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience managing personnel, including planning and assigning work, setting priorities, advising employees of program goals and objectives and making decisions on work problems. *Experience in workload planning systems with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and adjust multi-trade manpower resources, equipment, and facilities against concurrent production schedules. *Experience operating in an industrial environment, preferably in a foundry and/or large machine shop. *Experience managing multiple levels of shop supervisors and trades personnel. *Experience identifying workload requirements and needed process improvements or facility modifications for higher-level review.
