Parts Counter Representative

As a Parts Counter Representative, you will be responsible for providing and selling vehicle parts and accessories to customers both over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Pull and fill orders from stock verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
• Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.

 Qualifications

• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dealership parts department or similar automotive parts environment.
• Experience using a Snap-on parts catalog or comparable electronic parts lookup system.
• Working knowledge of automotive parts identification, ordering, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to answer customer calls, process parts orders, and build positive customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation 

• The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.47 - $25.00.
