About The Role

The Employee Success Generalist is responsible for supporting the efforts of building talent density and organizational success. This role will partner with managers, employees, payroll and Employee Success COEs to build a collaborative and performance-driven culture. 

In This Role, You Will: 

Support employee and manager inquiries

  • Respond to employee questions and inquiries related to leaves of absence, benefits, compensation and policy including inquiries through the ES inbox and in person
  • Support managers with performance management activities, including CAT, PIPs and terminations. Escalate challenging situations to the ESBP for support. 
  • Partner with ESBP & PASTA when organizational changes occur, including documentation, file storage and communication to managers and employees. 
  • Help new joiners onboard and serve as a point of contact for all Employee Success-related concerns
  • Coordinate leaves of absence and its communications and pay with employee, manager, payroll and PASTA
  • Effectively engage the Employee Success CoEs to manage and provide guidance to leaders on people and culture initiatives
  • Lead QER/VOE quarterly reporting with data collection, slide creation and action planning. 

Manage and update G2 and employee information and records

  • Maintain employee files for employees and their documents Complete offboarding processes for terminations, including drafting separation agreements  or any other necessary documentation as needed. Complete exit interviews for IC to Director level roles. Coordinate exit interviews with BPs for VP+ exits.  
  • Interface with our benefits broker and providers to manage enrollments and employee-specific situations. 
  • Support annual renewals with broker and communication to teams.  
  • Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs
  • Conducts grow interviews for managers and ICs, shares insight with ESBP, manager and COEs

Support Employee Success globally and ensure compliance with local/country guidelines

  • Ensure compliance for all workforce requirements
  • Proactively improve, implement and automate People processes to achieve scale in our rapidly-growing organization and an efficient self-service experience for employees
  • Create communications (including wiki pages) for process and policy changes
  • Serve as a participant and collaborator with projects, initiatives and programs with the Global Employee Success Team including but not limited to annual handbook review, salary review/analysis, performance reviews, QERs (quarterly employee reviews), policies etc.
