The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

Solventum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst in Vendor Management to join our Procurement Vendor Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the 3rd party supplier’s database. Supporting the Procurement Vendor Team with vendor account creation and update. This role focuses efficient and effective processing of requests submitted by internal requestors. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, analyze and process data, and process requests in a timely manner.

You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Process data entry: Support supplier addition and change requests. Analysis of provided data, reviews of backup documentation, searching for duplicates, guiding the creation process to completion trough multiply approvals.
  • Working on multiply ERPs: SAP, S4H, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards, and others.
  • Supporting the global organization: Creating and updating supplier accounts across multiple regions and countries.
  • Ensuring data accuracy: adhering to data standards and data governance policies. Maintaining data consistency across an organization, resolving data-related issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., category managers, sourcing specialists, finance, legal and operations) by supporting their efforts at creating an excellent and effective PTP organization. Build strong relationships and foster collaboration.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Master data/Vendor data management process and technologies.
  • Experience in Source to Pay / Procure to Pay process OR Master Data process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience in data entry, query management and requestor support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advance English – B2+, oral and written.
  • Office 365 knowledge, especially Excel.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)
