Executive Talent Intelligence (ETI)

ETI is Oracle's internal, proprietary talent intelligence organization within Executive Leadership Recruiting (ELR). We are dedicated to utilizing deep information & data gathering techniques, rigorous analysis, creativity, logic, and judgment to identify executive leadership talent, while providing competitive talent intelligence to solve Oracle’s executive talent requirements. 

We are seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and results-driven Executive Talent Intelligence Analyst to join our team. You will contribute to Oracle’s executive hiring strategies through competitive research, proactive candidate identification, and deep market analysis. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with recruiters, HR, and senior stakeholders to help drive strategic hiring decisions and succession planning.

The primary functions for the ETI Analyst are to identify high quality and potential candidates for senior level assignments, to partner and collaborate with executive recruiters, to build intellectual capital, produce Talent Intelligence Reports, and keep up to date with key market trends and competitive intelligence. 

What You'll Bring:

The ETI Analyst will have experience in analytical or information research related roles, ideally within retained search firms and/or in-house leadership recruiting organizations. You should be an out-of-box and creative thinker with a strong focus on problem-solving. You should also be motivated by an intellectually stimulating recruitment environment with the desire to identify the best talent for Oracle.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years in an analytic or information research related role
  • Previous experience in retained search and/or in-house leadership recruiting
  • Industry expertise in High Tech, specifically Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Artificial Intelligence, Compute, Database, Security, Networking, etc.
  • Search expertise in Engineering, Architecture, and Product Development
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to convert data & competitive intelligence into strategic insights
  • High attention to detail and project management excellence
  • Ability to influence and effectively engage with team members and senior stakeholders
  • Intellectual curiosity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to find answers using creative problem-solving
  • Strong focus on project ownership and execution with the ability to persevere when faced with challenges
  • Serve as the research lead on a variety of search engagements while delivering against deadlines
  • Demonstrate the ability to listen and understand the role requirements & goals of our hiring team, synthesize the information, and create a robust search strategy
  • Research and identify prospective talent to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each search engagement
  • Collaborate and partner with the executive recruiters by sharing market insights gathered during the course of a project
  • Provide consultative insight to stakeholders during executive searches, succession mapping, and pipeline development
  • Proactively map and track top talent in competitors, monitor industry trends, and disseminate competitve intelligence
  • Utilize existing tools, resources, and technologies to assist in identifying top talent quickly, including mining our internal CRM database
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of ELR’s proprietary information
  • Co-lead strategic organizational projects and help drive innovation across ELR

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
