We are looking to hire an Executive/Personal Assistant to help oversee and help maintain the CEO’s and COO’s family personal needs, as well as an Executive assistant who can help around the office, when house needs are light for the week. The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills as well as exceptional time management and administrative ability. The principals are looking for someone who is currently living in the Houston area and does not mind light travel throughout the city. This position would be between 30-40 hours a week, pending on the needs of the family, and will include benefits.
Position requirements:
Reliable transportation
Tech savvy (Microsoft Office, social media platforms, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong interpersonal skills
3-5 years’ experience (Preferred)
This position may be responsible for:
Errands
Dry Cleaning pick-up/drop-off
Grocery shopping
Pharmacy trips
Groomer & Vet trips
Deliveries & Pick-ups
Returns
Post Office trips
Day-to-Day Household Tasks (Between Cleaner Visits)
Keep supplies stocked
Schedule and/or meet household vendors
Process mail
We host events (Philanthropic, Bible Study, dinners, etc.) and want to maintain a tidy, presentable household
Personal - Lifestyle Management
Keep supplies stocked
Managing calendar
Making appointments
Event Planning
Purchasing & wrapping gifts
Shopping
Maintaining an organized household
Reminders
Business Services
Administrative help
Process improvement
Task management
Calendar management
Mail processing
Organizing

Processes
Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required:
Strong computer/technology acumen are needed for this role. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience as an estate or house manager, executive or personal assistant, and/or chief of staff for private families and/or executives required. Previous experience in production (events/media) or hospitality a plus. This is a big opportunity for the right candidate.
Starting compensation $20-23 an hour.
