Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates through resume reviews and initial interviews.
• Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor recruitment strategies.
• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with all internal HR policies and external regulatory requirements.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-year proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a distribution or supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with blue-collar and white-collar recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
