Currently, ManTech is seeking an operationally relevant, mission oriented Executive Director, Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) Solutions to join our team supporting achievement of the US Navy’s vision for LVC Training requirements. This position will work primarily from a ManTech Office located in Hampton Roads, VA with the flexibility to work from alternative sites (Government Facility or Remote).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reports Directly to the Readiness & Sustainment Portfolio Manager within the Maritime Division and Navy Segment.
Coordinates with a team of ManTech personnel across the Maritime Division and the larger ManTech DoD Sector supporting LVC requirements.
Works directly with government customers and the ManTech LVC team to develop solutions, and supporting milestones that accomplishes the vision and strategies for LVC training in the Fleet, Joint, and Coalition domains.
Supports a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices.
Support the Portfolio Manager in providing overall exceptional contract performance to the client as outlined in our quality management plan and reported in CPARs.
Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning.
Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
Performs as a thought leader in overall LVC implementation to support evolving training concepts and strategies at all levels of warfare.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related field
Ten (10) Years experience directly supporting LVC execution
15 Years professional experience in Program/project Management, in tandem with above experience
Experience managing dispersed workforce and diverse functions in support of large-scale DoD efforts
Experience with LVC planning, scheduling, execution, assessment, and reporting in Distributed Maritime Operations environments
Experience with the integration of Live and Virtual with the Live training operations; to include Range Operations and ISO 9000.2015
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Science, focusing on STEM or related field
Ten (10) or more years’ experience on CSG or TTG staff
Clearance Requirements
Requires an Active US Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) clearance
Physical Requirements
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which will involve delivering presentations.
