About the Role:We're on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to fuel our team's success. As a powerhouse performance paid search company, we thrive on curiosity, problem-solving, and innovation. In this role, you'll contribute to our mission by providing delicious, healthy, and innovative meals to our 45+ in-office employees. As our contracted Executive Chef, you'll take charge of weekly menu planning, including main meals and alternative sandwich and salad options. You'll also have a Kitchen Assistant by your side, assisting with navigating company expectations, meal preparation, ordering, stocking, and cleaning.
Your Impact:- Oversee kitchen operation - Manage one kitchen assistant - Ownership over meal selections and preparation - Contribute to companywide success through the presentation of nutritional and healthy meal options that are delicious and satisfying
A Day In Your Life:Monday through Friday, you'll start your day by providing a delicious array of breakfast items in a self-serve fashion from 8-10 AM followed by a gourmet lunch served and plated around noon. You'll have access to a modern and professional on-site kitchen with all amenities, tools, and ingredients provided. You will have the opportunity to create a variety of interesting and tasty meals that will delight our in-office team. You'll have a Kitchen Assistant as your partner, helping you every step of the way. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked and prepared, with all necessary orders completed for seamless meal preparation.

Who You Are:- Has a passion for creating extraordinary meals- Experience as an executive/personal chef- Proficient at preparing and plating meals for 50+ people- Able to manage a kitchen- Responsible for ordering, planning menus and meals- Able to adapt meals for dietary needs and food allergies- Desires to cultivate a cohesive team experience- Optimizes resources and budgets- Handles feedback and suggestions with professionalism- Familiar with industry best practices- Highly effective communication and collaboration skills- Extensive knowledge of kitchen fundamentals (knife skills, butchery, sauces, etc.)- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols- Culinary degree/training preferred
