Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Job Summary

As an Executive Chef, your role is pivotal in overseeing culinary operations across our multi-unit dining establishment. Your influence extends far beyond the kitchen, as you shape every aspect of the dining experience. Your leadership ensures that every dish is not just a meal, but a lasting impression that lingers in the minds and palates of our guests, drawing them back for more.

In your capacity as Executive Chef, your primary duties encompass:

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing cost controls and closely monitoring expenditures to ensure fiscal efficiency.
• Crafting and curating diverse menus to cater to the tastes of your discerning clientele.
• Procuring and effectively managing inventory to maintain a seamless culinary operation.
• Collaborating with the marketing and culinary teams to introduce innovative culinary programs.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• A culinary degree is highly desirable, reflecting your commitment to culinary excellence.
• You bring three to five years of experience in culinary management, demonstrating your expertise in this field.
• You possess vital experience in high-volume production and catering, essential for the demands of this role.
• Your track record includes successful management of cost controls, ensuring financial prudence.
• Your eagerness to learn and evolve aligns perfectly with the ethos of our esteemed foodservice company.
