Job Summary

As an Executive Chef, you will be at the helm of all culinary operations for a high-volume corporate dining account in Boston, MA. Your role involves leading and managing a team of associates, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and driving culinary excellence. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and culinary teams to introduce innovative culinary programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost controls and manage expenditures for the account.
• Plan and create diverse and appealing menus.
• Handle purchasing and inventory management.
• Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree is preferred.
• Three to five years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef Manager in high-volume location
• Multi-unit experience preferred.
• Proven experience in high-volume production and catering.
• Strong background in managing cost controls.
• A passion for learning and growing within a top-tier foodservice company.
