Shift4 is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to serve as the Executive Assistant and Director of Operations to our Chief Product Officer. This unique role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, while also acting as a strategic partner to the CPO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be based at the Shift4 location in Tampa, Florida
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CPO and Product Leadership Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements and expense management.
- Project Management: Assist the CPO in the management and execution of key product initiatives and projects. Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across all product teams, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to support product objectives.
- Strategic Support:. Assist in the development of product roadmaps, quarterly planning workshops and investment business cases. Compile, summarize and distribute updates across the leadership team
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Facilitate communication between the CPO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communication and Liaison: Screen and prioritize communications, ensuring the CPO is informed of important matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience as an Administrative and/or Executive Assistant to company leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
