The Opportunity
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Sales leadership team, as well as some meeting support in our Baltimore office. Our ideal candidate has experience working as an EA and is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment with an ambition to grow.

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Sales leadership team, as well as some meeting support in our Baltimore office. Our ideal candidate has experience working as an EA and is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment with an ambition to grow.
What You Will Do:
- Provide administrative support to our Sales Leadership team, being a true partner able to triage issues and raise the most important to the team while delegating or handling tasks where possible.
- Manage projects on behalf of Leadership and communicate issues and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Prioritize urgent events and conflicting needs, and proactively follow through on projects independently where required.
- Occasional working outside normal office hours and timezones to support the team
- Work closely with other executive assistants across the business to ensure effective communication throughout the business.
- Conduct a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling events, managing calendar appointments, and completing expense reports.
- Manage incoming issues and concerns to ensure executives' ability to lead the company effectively.
- Coordinate both internal and external meetings and all associated logistics
- Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Occasional travel to support Team Events
- Work out of our Baltimore office 3x a week
- Work closely with the Operations Team to support internal meetings and events
Who You Are:
- You have experience in an Administrative role with previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- You are a communications pro, both in written and verbal and can communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Have good judgment and a strong ability to see through problems
- Meticulous, punctual, humble and love to build relationships
- Strong multitasking skills and have no problem working under pressure
- You are technically strong, and are proficient in the use of G-suite products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Etc.) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
