Key Responsibilities:
Global Screenings Management:
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of global film screenings, including scheduling, venue booking, and communication with local organizers.
- Oversee the distribution of promotional materials and ensure smooth execution of events.
- Monitor and report on the success of screenings, collecting feedback and data for continuous improvement.

Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and managing budgets.
- Assist with financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.
- Support fundraising efforts by maintaining records of investor contributions and tracking the progress of funding goals.

Administrative Support:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and draft emails, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with special projects, including the launch of new initiatives, by coordinating tasks and tracking progress.

Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and various stakeholders, including investors, partners, and team members.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication channels to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage global projects.
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in the film industry or event management.
- Familiarity with fundraising and investor relations.
