This role goes well beyond calendar management, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.</p> <p>The Executive Assistant will manage executive operations, coordinate cross-functional priorities, facilitate communication with senior leadership and external partners, and ensure seamless execution of business activities. Success in this role requires outstanding relationship management, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise.</p> <p>Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be on-site Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>A Day in The Life as an Executive Assistant:</strong></p> <p>Executive Support</p> <ul> <li>Manage a complex and constantly evolving executive calendar across multiple time zones.</li> <li>Prioritize meetings based on strategic importance and business impact.</li> <li>Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.</li> <li>Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.</li> <li>Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion.</li> </ul> <p>Strategic Business Partnership</p> <ul> <li>Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions.</li> <li>Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.</li> <li>Assist in preparing presentations, executive communications, and board-level materials.</li> <li>Manage competing priorities while maintaining flexibility as business needs evolve.</li> <li>Serve as a central point of coo
