DevCo is hiring for a Full-Time Executive Assistant & Business Partner to be based in our Bellevue, WA office! This position would work full-time in office Monday-Friday to start and then will have the option to WFH one or two days per week once proficiency within the role is displayed. This role supports the President by helping keep work moving forward across the teams they oversee. The role focuses on two core areas: driving cross-functional corporate projects and supporting effective meetings through clear documentation and follow-through. The goal of the role is to create clarity, accountability, and momentum across teams and initiatives.

Pay Details: $90,000 to $115,000 in Annual Salary + Performance bonus target of 10%

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (in-office format with ability to WFH 1-2 days per week once proficiency within the role is displayed)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact and liaison between executives, internal teams and external partners.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling requests for meetings, appointments, and phone calls.
Prepare agendas and materials for larger team and leadership meetings.
Attend meetings to take notes, capture decisions, and identify action items.
Make sure decisions and next steps from meetings are clearly captured and shared.
Track open action items and follow up to ensure progress is being made.
Own and support special projects that span multiple teams, including HNN, DUSC, Asset Management, Accounting, and Technology.
Coordinate work that involves multiple groups and does not clearly sit with one team.
Partner with internal teams to improve how information, data, and tools are used and maintained.
Conduct research and prepare clear summaries or materials to support decision-making.
Act as a point of coordination between the President of Finance and internal partners as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
Manage components of regional governance and operational cadence, such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) alignment, with limited guidance to ensure organizational effectiveness and alignment with leadership expectations.
Support executive engagement strategies and customer sponsorship by distilling insights into structured narratives and recommendations for high-profile leadership engagements.
Identify creative ways to improve information flow and regional processes, utilizing better methods and tools—including AI—to drive efficiency and value creation across the region.
