HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the president of HII-Mission Technologies’ Global Security Group. This critical role serves as a trusted partner, managing administrative functions, providing guidance, and contributing to the efficiency of the executive office. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with exceptional organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a track record of excellence in supporting high-level executives.
This is an important position on the leadership team, offering significant visibility and an opportunity to influence the overall effectiveness of the team. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and helping drive the key priorities of the Global Security Group.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the President and senior leadership team, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, planning and execution.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the President and other executives, prioritizing competing demands with discretion.
- Oversee the preparation of executive reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, project schedules, and statistical reporting as needed.
- Represent the organization on key administrative matters, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and confidentiality.
What You Must Have
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.
- Expertise in administrative tools, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
