Infor GHR – IPA & Configuration Console Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infor GHR Consultant with strong expertise in Infor Process Automation (IPA) and Infor Configuration Console (ICC) . The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, supporting, and enhancing Infor GHR solutions, with a focus on workflow automation, business process configuration, application extensions, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Infor GHR modules and related business processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Infor Process Automation (IPA) .
• Configure approvals, notifications, routing, conditions, and business rules within IPA.
• Troubleshoot workflow failures, process errors, and performance issues.
• Design and maintain Infor Configuration Console (ICC) configurations.
• Customize application screens, fields, rules, actions, and other configurable components.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into GHR/IPA/ICC technical solutions.
• Work with HR/business teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
• Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Coordinate with integration, security, HRIS, and other technical teams.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, regression testing, and enhancement projects.
• Follow Infor GHR development and configuration best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Infor GHR .
• Strong knowledge of Infor Process Automation (IPA) .
• Hands-on experience with Infor Configuration Console (ICC) .
• Good understanding of HR business processes such as:
  • Employee lifecycle
  • Hire/Rehire
  • Employee changes
  • Position/organization changes
  • Manager changes
  • Termination
  • Approvals and notifications
• Experience troubleshooting IPA workflows and configuration issues.
• Understanding of Infor GHR security, roles, and permissions .
• Knowledge of integrations and data flows between GHR and other applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with functional and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM / GHR .
• Experience with Infor integration technologies and APIs.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services .
• SQL/database knowledge.
• Experience with HRIS integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Infor GHR upgrades and production support.
• Knowledge of reporting and data extraction in Infor GHR.

Experience

5+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM implementations, with significant hands-on experience in Infor GHR, IPA, and Configuration Console .
