A day in the life of a Executive Account Manager:As an Executive Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our innovative "All Hazards" offerings. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the capabilities of federal and defense agencies in dealing with complex security challenges. By strategically positioning our unique products like HxGN OnCall, Computer-Aided Dispatch, Records Management and more you will be at the forefront of driving change and ensuring national security.

What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):

• A bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA preferred, from respected institutions, reflecting our commitment to academic excellence.
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within the federal government and Aerospace and Defense sectors, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex markets.
• Proficiency in established sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Challenger Selling, Spin Selling), showcasing your strategic approach to sales.
• Experience with cloud technology, especially SaaS, aligning with our cutting-edge technological environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in writing and speaking, as effective communication is key in our high-stakes industry.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in our unique product offerings to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Engage in high-level consultations to assess and address specific security challenges faced by federal agencies.
• Be an ambassador of Hexagon's commitment to innovation in the field of security and defense.

Required Level of Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
