We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Account Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role will support our senior leadership and account management team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and organizational support to executive team members.
Assist in managing client accounts, preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
Help coordinate internal communications between departments and clients.
Track deadlines, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support special projects, account updates, and operational improvements as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
