The role you’ll contribute: 

Under the direct supervision of the Lead Supervisor, performs a variety of tasks in the coordination/managing of Environmental Services.  Responsible for the supervision and accomplishment of the personnel maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff.  Must work closely with all Departments and staff to ensure the patient’s best interests are top priority.  Plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates, and controls the activities of the Environmental Services Department.

• Monitors existing programs for compliance with the environmental policies and procedures.
• Identifies potential environmental issues and develops strategies to effectively respond.
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Required qualifications:

5+ experience in environmental services

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's

• Previous supervisory experience preferred in a healthcare environment

• CHESP certification
