Events Manager

About the Role
The Event Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event management, including production design and production implementation. As a primary goal will be to ensure seamless execution of various events organized by Antenna Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production design, including set and stage design, lighting, sound, and audiovisual elements 
• Create and maintain event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to the management
• Oversee negotiations with production companies
• Coordinate with clients to understand and fine-tune event objectives and requirements 
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and equipment rentals
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to improve future events 
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify current trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities within the events industry. 
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies, product launches, and event planning initiatives based on research insights 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in event management, communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in events management, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail 
• High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
