Job Summary

We are seeking highly organized and personable individuals to join our team as Hosts. Hosts play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting mixed reality equipment operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, excels at engaging with diverse groups of people, and is eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.

• Assist guests with mixed reality glasses and troubleshoot basic technical issues as needed.

• Build authentic connections with guests, creating memorable and personalized experiences.

• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and suggestive selling techniques.

• Maintain operational standards by noticing and addressing issues, collaborating with teammates to resolve them quickly.

• Adapt to a dynamic environment, handling both quiet and high-energy situations with professionalism.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.

• Authentic communication and ability to connect with a wide range of personalities.

• Empathy and attentiveness to the needs of both guests and staff.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to growth and improvement.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Willingness to learn XR and basic technical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.

• Flexibility to work in noisy, fast-paced, and varied environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AR/VR or location-based entertainment.

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply and work in this role.

• Exceptional Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations or guest concerns.

• A passion for games, new technologies, and immersive experiences such as AR and Mixed Reality.
