We are currently looking for an EUC Site Lead to join our team in Canton, MS.   In this role, you will own end-user computing operations for the facility and act as the primary point of contact for all IT infrastructure-related end user needs. You will lead a team of managed services technicians and ensure seamless day-to-day IT support across the site.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Overseeing scheduling, prioritization, and timely resolution of incidents, IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and project work.

  • Managing break/fix support and ensuring effective resolution of EUC-related hardware and software issues.

  • Serving as the highest level of desktop support escalation and performing hands-on troubleshooting when needed.

  • Leading the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, applications, mobile devices, and peripherals.

  • Partnering with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve system and application performance issues.

  • Coordinating desktop-related initiatives including testing, change management, and implementations.

  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to EUC processes and procedures.

  • Documenting and tracking issues through to resolution, maintaining accurate records and knowledge base articles.

  • Developing training materials and support documentation for Service Desk and EUC teams.

  • Communicating system updates, outages, and maintenance schedules to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Collaborating with business units on technology deployments and upgrades.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience supporting and managing EUC operations in a 1,000+ device environment

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise desktop applications

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and general networking fundamentals

  • Experience with device management and software deployment tools (SCCM, Microsoft Intune)

  • Experience using ServiceNow for incident management, request fulfillment, and knowledge base usage

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments

  • Excellent customer service mindset

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment

Desired:

  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies and/or ITIL
