Portfolio Management & Expense Control

1. Support the growth and profitability of ESIS by strategically managing client retention based on revenue and unit metrics.
2. Promote client expansion by educating clients about ESIS products and services.

Account Management & Business Acumen

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and issues. Leverage strategic relationships to resolve challenges effectively.
2. Analyze client data and trends to provide consultative guidance and drive optimal, client-specific performance.
3. Demonstrate proactive and strategic planning in managing client relationships.

Administrative Compliance

1. Monitor and ensure the quality of data within the CRM system.
2. Oversee the execution of the contracting process.
3. Manage the renewal process to ensure quality and compliance.

Professional Development

1. Contribute to the new sales process by participating in presentations and marketing of ESIS products and services.
2. Communicate proactively with internal and external business partners, including clients, brokers, carriers, underwriting, and field support operations.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of ESIS products and services.

• College degree or equivalent work experience (1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including experience creating pivot tables and producing charts in Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels and functions within the organization.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in an evolving and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

The pay range for the role is $71,000 to $104,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
