The Challenge

The ESG Senior manager will be a key member of the Ethic, Compliance & Sustainability (ECS) team, serving as an ESG expert to help drive the delivery of our objectives for the ECS Program and the ESG Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, you'll lead the planning and execution of an ESG program that is fully integrated into how the business operates and is committed to having a positive impact on people and the planet.  

Your Mission

• Lead the multi-year ESG roadmap for OneTrust, developing and delivering a plan to drive progress in support of key ESG priorities.  
• Manage ESG data and reporting, creating, and implementing company-wide plan for collecting, storing, validating, and communicating ESG data.  
• Develop and deliver ESG presentations and communications, including curating website content and partnering with teams to develop compelling ESG success stories.  
• Respond to key ESG surveys, inquiries, and reporting from external stakeholders such as customers, investors and ESG ratings agencies. 
• Identify emerging ESG trends, opportunities, rulemaking and legislation and incorporate them into ESG strategy.  

You Are

• Passionate about building a culture of trust  
• Familiar with general business and technological skills to integrate metrics on ESG performance into systems and reports  
• Experienced in carbon accounting, the greenhouse gas protocol, science-based targets and decarbonization strategies 
• Familiar with ESG reporting standards and disclosure frameworks to include GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the UN Global Compact 
• Experienced at running cross-functional and multidisciplinary initiatives to facilitate ESG maturity and reliable reporting. 
• Able to lead, engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders and teams across the business 
• Comfortable speaking at webinars and panels and ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge they need  
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile, startup environment 
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, tenacious, curious and creative, with a sense of humor 

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 7 + years working experience in an ESG-related role
