Your Mission

The ESG team at Activision Blizzard is seeking a detail-oriented Environmental Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining environmental data into our database systems. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our environmental records which are a core aspect of our global sustainability efforts.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Understanding and familiarity with various utility bill formats (power, waste, water, etc.)

Accurately input utility bill data into databases, spreadsheets, or other designated systems from global leased facilities and data centers

- Support the verification of the accuracy and completeness of entered data, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors

- Proactively conduct stakeholder outreach: Identify key stakeholders to reach out to and obtain necessary information for data entry (i.e. emailing internal staff and external partners, calling utility providers and landlords, etc.)

- Communicate effectively with internal senior leadership and external stakeholders

- Determine when to escalate information to resolve complex issues

-Analyze and interpret vast sustainability data to create clear and persuasive narratives for questionnaire responses.

-Efficiently respond to extensive sustainability questionnaires from various stakeholders, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is provided.

Player Profile

- College degree

- 3+ years’ experience in related sustainability field

- Professional demeanor to represent our company

- Familiar with Microsoft Office

- Operational expertise in maintaining accurate information in ESG projects, with attention to details both big and small 

Preferred:

- Strong interest and passion for environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility

- College degree in CSR or ESG related field
