Your team

WWS is one of the key initiative growth businesses within UBS Wealth Management (WM) and serves as a qualified lead generator for the broader UBS WM business. You’ll be joining the WWS Equity Program Management team. This team is focused on providing white glove service to our corporate clients and their plan participants in support of our industry leading equity plan platform and offering that will exceed corporate client and end user expectations.

Your expertise

• understanding of equity plan compensation
• exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload as well as experience as a technology solutions developer
• proficiency in Plan Admin Pro or other equity plan enterprise solutions
• ability to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
• track record of successful delivery working across multiple teams, on multiple projects in a fast paced market driven environment
• committed to driving value for clients and focused on their satisfaction and loyalty and a self-starter and leader with an ability to work across the firm
• strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate ideas and strategy
• confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail-oriented as well as positive, with a can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others
• excellent at problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and data management as well as ability to confidently communicate complex topics in a way that is tailored to the audience
• comfortable with moderate to advance MS Excel formulas and features
• looking for an opportunity in a growing business, that is strategically critical to UBS WM's overall success and willing to travel up to 10 percent of the time
