Dismantles, repairs, assembles, installs and sets up technical equipment and machines used in a production site.
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM):

    • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks with minimal supervision to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

    • Identify and address potential issues during PM activities to prevent unexpected downtime.

  • Troubleshooting and Repairs:

    • Diagnose and repair moderately complex equipment malfunctions using available tools, technical manuals, and schematics.

    • Collaborate with Level 4 and 5 technicians on escalated issues requiring advanced troubleshooting.

  • Work Order Management:

    • Prioritize and complete assigned work orders efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

    • Provide feedback to improve task planning and execution workflows.

  • Equipment Monitoring:

    • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends or recurring issues.

    • Recommend corrective actions to improve operational reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

  • Training and Mentorship:

    • Serve as a mentor to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians, providing guidance on intermediate-level tasks and best practices.

    • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to support team development.

  • Safety Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promptly report potential hazards or violations.

    • Assist in enforcing a safe work environment by modeling appropriate behavior and promoting compliance among peers.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Contribute ideas for workflow and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and equipment reliability.

    • Participate in small improvement initiatives and implement approved changes.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with team members, leads, and managers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of maintenance activities.

    • Support cross-departmental efforts to align maintenance priorities with operational goals

The base pay range for this position is:

$60,360 - $82,995

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
