An Environmental Services supervisor is responsible for their department's staff and working conditions. They hire, train, evaluate and terminate employees and schedule shifts.

 Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Understanding to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of all chemicals and equipment used by the Environmental Services department.  Ability to understand all information on MSDS sheets and have them available in case of a chemical accident.
• Capacity to effectively conduct initial safety training to new employees and provide ongoing safety education for all Environmental Services staff.
• Ability to create daily work schedules at least three days in advance ensuring that employees are rotated through the different duties.  Ability to maintain effective coverage of the entire Resort.

 Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in commercial/hospitality cleaning field      
• OSHA and MSDS training required.
• A valid NYS Driver’s license may be required; may be required to transport supplies/equipment and clean offsite.
