Capitol View Transitional Care Center is a state-of-the-art true transitional care unit (TCU) located in Regions Hospital (we are part of the HealthPartners organization as a separate nonprofit organization.) We provide quality care to patients from 18+ years of age who are in need of a short-term stay. Our average length of stay is 17 days. As an Environmental Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following job duties and responsibilities:
- Provide a clean and safe environment for patients to receive care and staff to provide care.
- Clean, sanitize and empty trash in hallways, patient rooms, breakrooms, and offices.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold and deliver all patient personal laundry daily.
- Maintain housekeeping chemicals in their appropriate storage areas.
- Report all facility repairs to Maintenance upon observation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
FTE: 0.2; 8 hours per week
Work Schedule: Every Other Saturday and Sunday 730am-4pm
Salary: Starting rate at $16.66/hour. Pay rate is based off previous housekeeping/custodial work experience.

Benefits:
Benefits are available for non-union staff working 24 hours (0.6 FTE) or union staff working 32 hours (0.8 FTE) per week and are effective the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
