This is an excellent opportunity to join and grow EnSafe, getting involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients across the globe.</p> <p>As an Environmental Project Manager, you will lead and support complex environmental and geologic projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><strong><em>In this position, you will:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead multiple environmental and geologic projects, maintaining scope, schedule, budget, quality objectives, and client relationships effectively.</li> <li>Lead and oversee field activities, including field documentation, subcontractor coordination, and health and safety compliance.</li> <li>Plan and coordinate environmental site assessments, subsurface investigations, and remediation activities.</li> <li>Provide technical review and senior-level oversight of field activities, data interpretation, and conclusions.</li> <li>Prepare, review, and approve high-quality technical reports, work plans, proposals, and regulatory submittals.</li> <li>Apply regulatory knowledge to ensure projects meet federal, state, and local environmental requirements.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Mentor junior staff and support technical development across project teams.</li> <li>Support business development efforts through client engagement, proposal participation, and identification of new opportunities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE<br><em>Minimum Skills and Requirements:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.</li> <li>10+ years of professional environmental consulting experience with strong knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations.</li> <li>OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training (current).</li> <li>Demonstrated ex
