The Environmental Assessment Engineer will be a part of the Environmental Assessment team
Requirements
- Evaluate companies’ policy documentation, interview employees at client companies, and evaluate well pad design for annual assessment
- Travel to well sites for in-person audits
- Ability to work in industrial settings, outdoors, and/or at elevated heights
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as MS Office products.
Qualifications:
- Petroleum, chemical, or mechanical engineering degree with 2-5 years of professional experience working with an operator, service company, or environmental firm
- Familiar with upstream and/or midstream oil and gas industry across, HSE, completions, drilling, and facilities operations
- Interest in ESG, methane emissions reduction and a mission-oriented organization
- Understanding of greenhouse gases and/or regulatory regimes such as OOOOa
- Self-motivation and excellent work ethic
- Ability to work independently and ask questions
- Ability to balance a sense of urgency while maintaining the high-level quality in all deliverables

- Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 annual base
- Hybrid work environment - Must come into the office at least 3-days a week
