Our marketing and advertising department is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. After completing the training program, you’ll have the chance to take on a leadership role within the marketing department!

Role Overview:

As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in the growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention efforts. You’ll gain valuable experience in managing external customer needs, driving sales through retail promotional campaigns, and building brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement

• Drive sales by executing impactful retail promotional campaigns
• Build brand recognition by organizing local events and participating in experiential marketing

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time and some weekends for special events
• Strong ability to work independently and excel in team projects
• Willingness to travel at least 1–2 weeks a year for training
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• 2 or 4-year degree in a related field (preferred, not required)
• Self-starter with a creative and problem-solving mindset
