In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
• Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Document customer interactions and feedback, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring issues or challenges.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with company products and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or some college coursework preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
