About the role

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and purpose-driven Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to support nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach, grassroots engagement, and community fundraising initiatives. About the Role

As an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for respected nonprofit partners. You’ll engage directly with community members, share impactful missions, and inspire public support through meaningful conversations. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach locations, and public spaces

  • Engage community members through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and inspire support

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily outreach and fundraising goals

  • Assist with event setup, teardown, and branded outreach displays

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public engagement skills

  • Genuine passion for nonprofit work, community service, and social impact

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
