Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer in the Cincinnati, Ohio.

The candidate can look forward to projects including:

• Intersection and Interchange Improvement Plans
• Interstate Reconstruction Plans
• Urban and Rural Roadway Improvement Plans
• Maintenance of Traffic Plans
• Drainage and Erosion Control Plans

The candidate will be responsible for following ODOT, OTIC, and/or City standards and performing engineering calculations under the supervision of a more senior engineer.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with an emphasis in civil engineering fields such as highway design, stormwater and multimodal transportation projects.
• Ability to recognize discrepancies in results, and follows operations through a series of related detailed steps or processes
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Bentley MicroStation/Geopak and experience with MS Office
• Ability to work as a member of a team or perform independent work as required.
• Good interpersonal skills, good command of the English language both, verbally and written, the ability to express thoughts clearly, good time management skills, and a good attitude towards work.

• Relocation is not available for this position.

• Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.  The salary range is $55,030-75,666/annually (exempt).
