Enterprise Service Engineer (Data Security Specialist)

Job Description: The Enterprise Service Engineer works with the project manager, architects, clients, and other stakeholders involved to create, enhance, and maintain program APIs using Mulesoft's Anypoint Platform and SpringBoot/Java on the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). This role requires knowledge of MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, which includes Design Center, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, etc. This role also requires knowledge of deploying and managing services in the OpenShift platform. The Enterprise Service Engineer must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with stakeholders, and setting up complex integrations. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Developing, implementing, and/or supporting platform engineering solutions (3+ years' demonstrated experience required) 
• Configuring and automating the Anypoint Platform: health checks, API management, automation, monitoring, logging, CI/CD, etc. 3
• Containerizing Mule APIs or microservices using Docker and make them production-ready (scanned, tested, patched, deployed) on the OpenShift Container Platform. 
• Creating monitoring and reporting dashboards using SIEM tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, etc. 
• Configuring and automating the OpenShift Container Platform: setting up microservices with SpringBoot and Java, configuring service mesh, pod scaling, etc. 
• Triaging and providing Tier 3 support for MuleSoft and OpenShift deployment-related issues 
• Participating in agile development methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with SonarQube, IQ scans, and vulnerability management 
• Experience troubleshooting HTTPS, firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, etc. 
• Experience troubleshooting performance-related issues and using performance-testing tools 
• Experience with SOAP, REST, Webservices, XML, JSON, WS, and SOA technologies 
• Experience with Linux commands or shell scripting 
• Knowledgeable about security concepts: TLS, JWT, oAuth, CyberArk, vulnerabilities remediations
