As a Data Analytics Senior Analyst, within the Enterprise Production team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technology solutions for strategic initiatives across the firm, while working at the intersection of business and technology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and track improvement initiatives related to key performance and stability metrics.
- Utilize analytical tools to perform domain-specific data analysis, leading to actionable insights and improvement initiatives.
- Extract, process, and generate reports using reporting tools, employing data visualization techniques to present findings clearly.
- Present conclusions and recommendations to management and lead multiple initiatives.
- Document program objectives, gather business and functional requirements, and develop technical specifications for data analysis.
- Lead the development and execution of implementation plans, conducting data analyses with various analytical tools.
- Build relationships and leverage expertise to influence decisions within Business and Technology areas.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in engineering, statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics within a large, matrix-structured environment.
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboard tools such as Cognos, Tableau, QlikView, and Alteryx.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charting, macros), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with relational databases, including SQL and Oracle systems.
- Experience in developing code to extract, manipulate, report, and analyze data.
- Proficient in conducting advanced statistical analyses and working with large data sets
- Extensive knowledge of ticketing systems, KPIs, and metric analysis.
Required qualifications, capabilites, and skills:
- Python knowledge a plus
- AI/ML knowledge a plus
