Enterprise Platform Advisor

The role supports agency efforts to optimize IT spend through platform and platform contract rationalization, consolidation and configuration activities. The advisory will support the strategic analysis, development, and execution of technology platform consolidation strategies and plans in support of category management strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have training, certification and expert level knowledge of COBIT or the ISO 38500 framework; expert proficiency in technology transformation, technology modernization and lifecycle management; proficiency in platform- and software-as-a-service architectures; cloud computing or cybersecurity training; and proficiency or certification related to ServiceNow, Salesforce or VMWare. The role requires US citizenship (no dual citizens) and domicile within commuting distance of the client site, which is near Client’s St. Louis office. Work is expected to be 25% onsite.

Will require full time on-site work and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, development, implementation monitoring of Standardized configurations and customizations across platforms and instance, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational requirements
• Support the analysis, planning, and Integration of data from multiple sources, implement data governance policies and procedures, and ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance

Requirements

• Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years experience in Platform Strategy and Transformation Design
• 3-5 years experience in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and VMWare Cloud Provider
