Meet the team:

Latitude AI is seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Network Manager with 7+ years of deep expertise in designing, deploying, and managing complex enterprise network environments. This role requires advanced technical proficiency across a broad set of technologies, leadership in driving automation, and strategic insight into both cloud and on-premise infrastructure. The team is responsible for providing highly responsive support and end-to-end problem management and deployment for the Latitude network infrastructure as well as automation and tooling to help the organization scale rapidly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco networking, network security, automation using Ansible, and cloud interconnectivity (GCP/AWS). You’ll be responsible for ensuring the resilience, scalability, and performance of our global network infrastructure while leading project execution, troubleshooting complex issues, and team members.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support a rapidly expanding network infrastructure
  • Experience working on a team of strong technical people with responsibility for the operation of mission-critical systems and services
  • Deliver complex projects, including coordinating and driving issues to resolution autonomously utilizing excellent technical troubleshooting skills
  • Work cross-functionally with highly technical software and hardware engineering teams, understand their goals, and deploy tools and visualizations to get the right data in the hands of teams to make decisions
  • Implement and improve quality metrics and drive for continual improvement for internal and external customers
  • Lead a team of engineers and operators with hands-on and strategic ownership
  • Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-wide network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, and data center connectivity
  • Design, deploy, manage the implementation and optimization of Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ISE, and wireless networking strategies across the organization
  • Maintain and enhance network automation frameworks using Ansible playbooks and infrastructure-as-code best practices
  • Manage and support Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma Access, and GlobalProtect VPN configurations, policies, and updates
  • Oversee and configure Infoblox DNS/DHCP services, F5 load balancers, and Akamai Fast DNS and GEO services for high availability and performance
  • Support and optimize cloud network integrations including GCP Interconnects and AWS Direct Connect, ensuring secure and efficient hybrid cloud connectivity
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to performance and security issues; lead root cause analysis and remediation
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams on network-related initiatives
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend improvements
  • Document architecture, procedures, and network configurations; establish and enforce standards
  • Lead vendor relationships, budgeting, and procurement processes for network technologies

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field required 
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and operations
  • Knowledge and proven experience with:
    • Cisco SD-WAN, Routing & Switching, Wireless, ISE
    • Palo Alto Networks (Firewalls, Prisma, GlobalProtect)
    • Ansible automation and network playbooks
    • Infoblox DNS/DHCP administration
    • F5 LTM and GTM (DNS/GEO load balancing)
    • Akamai Fast DNS and Geo services
    • Cloud networking with Google Cloud Pl
