Enterprise Knowledge Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Knowledge Manager to join Procore’s Brand Marketing team. In this role you will develop, implement and lead Procore’s enterprise knowledge sharing strategy and processes, including the implementation of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and the enhancement and day-to-day management of our existing intranet. In this key role, you’ll partner with teams across the business to improve internal productivity, provide strategic guidance, and expand the accessibility of information and resources. This position is part of Procore’s Internal Communications team and can be remote. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Assess the current state of knowledge management and develop a strategy to streamline efficiency and improve findability of knowledge available to all Procore employees. 

• Lead the implementation of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for the Marketing organization, including a plan for best enabling company-wide access to brand assets and guidelines.

• Oversee and enhance Procore’s intranet ensuring it serves as a dynamic and effective platform for internal communication and information sharing.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, empowering both new and established Procorians to contribute to and benefit from the organization’s collective intelligence.

• Collaborate across departments to align knowledge and asset management strategies with the needs and goals of Procore, ensuring that both the DAM and intranet support operational efficiency.

• Evaluate and refine knowledge management practices regularly, using insights and performance feedback to enhance information accessibility and engagement.

• Partner across Procore’s Internal Communications team to identify and implement improvements to our broader channel management strategy, leaning into an approach that embraces efficient knowledge management.

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in knowledge management, with proven success with both knowledge base management and leading knowledge sharing initiatives.

• Experience with implementing and managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

• Demonstrated ability in improving knowledge sharing, information management practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams across the organization.

Nice to have:

• Experience with commonly used knowledge management tools (Adobe Experience Manager, Confluence, Igloo, Staffbase, and Vimeo Enterprise).

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $91,152 - $125,334. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
