Collins Aerospace is continuing to grow our Data Governance and Quality program to meet current and future business needs. The Data Governance and Quality team is seeking a Data Governance Program Led to work in the Enterprise Data Governance team to lead our Data Catalog Program expansion to gather, analyze and document datasets to help build artifacts for the Data User Community as well as taking the lead on our New Data Literacy Campaign. This role will report to Data Governance Sr. Manager to support with administrative activities for Data Catalog applications.

** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **

What YOU will do:

• You will experience with Lean and Agile/Art Train Release processes. 

• You will PMO skills including budget and schedule planning and execution.

• You will help with Vendor SOW work when needed.  

• You will manage Team Confluence/Jira Board

• You will help Business Users with the process of data ingestion into our Data Catalog Program.

• You will collate any new Requirements for Data Artifacts for our Data Catalog Program.

• You will collate any new ingestion process requirements as we expand usage across Collins.

• You will work with Admin on any issues that need to be escalated for the tools.

• You will contribute to project deliverables for tools implementations like Data quality, and other Data Governance foundational tools as it relates to the connection of Data Catalogs.

• You will lead Collins rollout of the Data Governance Data Literacy Campaign.

• You will learn business processes and build relationships with key business stakeholders across all Collins business units.

Education & Experience:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience. 

Qualifications you must have:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

• Validation of business requirements for the Creation and validation of dashboards and KPI Reports, audit trails for process changes.

• Must be willing and able to travel 10%

• 3+ years of Project Management Programs type skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as needed Ability to understanding normal business functions.

• Experience in working in MS SharePoint or Teams sites an advantage.

Skills We Value:

• Experience in the Data Catalog space with products like Informatica AXON, EDC, Power Center, Data Quality, Data Privacy, Immuta.

• Experience in Jira.

• Experience in Data Governance and Data Literacy.  

• Master Data Management experience a plus.
