Job Description
- Full-time 12-month position with the potential of an extension.
- Located at EACH’s corporate office in Ringwood + Option to work from home 1 week each month.
- $160,000 to $250,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
As part of our IT Operations Team, we are looking for an Enterprise Architect to ensure the EACHs IT strategy is aligned with its business goals. You will provide mentorship, encourage collaboration and deliver strategic advice to stakeholders.
As Enterprise Architect your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and influencing senior leadership to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Providing strategic leadership in the development and execution of enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Encouraging collaboration both within the architecture team and across other business units, ensuring that architectural decisions consider input from all stakeholders.
- Effectively optimising team resources to meet project goals and objectives.
- Conducting architectural reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards, security, performance, and scalability.
- Planning and managing projects & initiatives within the enterprise architecture roadmap ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints, while providing guidance to domain architects.

Qualifications
This is a role for a well-established Enterprise Architect with extensive proven experience in IT architecture or related roles, ideally within the Not For Profit or Social Health industries.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven history of success in offering architectural direction for high-performance, scalable, and secure systems.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a technical advisor, ensuring development teams adhere to architectural standards.
- Proven track record in staff leadership and management, with the ability to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Relevant certifications in Zachman, COBIT, Agile & DEVOPs principles, methodologies and frameworks will be highly regarded.
- Experience across the following: APIs, Data Management, MDM, Azure, AWS, ETL, Middleware, Integration technologies, ArchiMate, LeanIX.
Mandatory Qualification/s, Competencies and/or Licences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Required certifications in TOGAF, Project Management & ITIL.
