DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
- Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.
- Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.
- Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
- Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.
- Conduct research to find ways to improve operations.
- Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
- Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan.
- Architecture and design of information systems
- Review of the architecture of existing systems
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems
- Production of use case models, software architecture documents, design and analysis models, implementation models
- Follow up of the data analysis and data modelling
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture
- Help to deployment of the components, help to configuration management
- Documentation of the technical implementations and the composites
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of architecture principles to ensure that IT systems are aligned with ongoing business strategies and standards.
- In depth knowledge of Information systems and the architectures inside an enterprise / large organization.
- Knowledge of architecture tools for software and systems delivery in a transparent, collaborative, and productive way (such as IBM Rational JAZZ platform).
- In depth knowledge of information systems.
- In depth knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g RUP).
- Experience of Workflow applications.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Good knowledge of enterprise architecture, good working experience with Java, Docker, OWASP, OSB, JEE, Linux, Spring, SpringBoot Apache Camel, Hibernate, REST, JIRA, IntelliJ, GIT,
- Mockito, Junit, OpenID, Maven, SQL, XML, WebLogic AS, Oracle 11g, Jenkins, Enterprise
- Architect, Agile.
- Experience in complex UI interface design and development.
- Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks.
- Good reporting methods.
Due to the particular nature of a large international organisation, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability
- and experience in working in team;
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
- Excellent Team Player;
- Ability to understand, speak and write English C1;
- High degree of discretion and integrity
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
- at least 5 years of specific expertise with J2EE
- at least 5 years of SOA Architecture
- at least 5 years of UML
