We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Applications Project Manager with a strong technical background and deep expertise in SAP and other enterprise applications. In this role, you will lead global, cross-functional project teams to deliver complex application initiatives that support Qorvo’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to testing and go-live, while also governing and managing the operational support of enterprise applications to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

 

This position is a hybrid position where the expectation is to be onsite a minimum of three days a week and can be located in our Hillsboro OR or Greensboro NC offices.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global SAP and non-SAP enterprise application projects from initiation through delivery.
• Govern and oversee operational support activities for enterprise applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Drive project execution, including cutover planning, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply SAFe Agile principles to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates, dashboards, and presentations.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure compliance with Qorvo’s IT governance, security, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize standard processes.
• Define, implement, and monitor performance metrics aligned with SLAs and KPIs to ensure accountability and operational excellence.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of an advanced degree and experience) managing SAP and enterprise application projects in a global environment.
• Proven expertise across a broad range of enterprise technologies, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, IBP, Ariba, Salesforce, Icertis, Model N, TOSCA.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, DevOps, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to details.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for creating executive presentations, reports, and data analysis.
• Experience working with C-level executives and presenting to senior leadership.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
• Experience implementing SAFe Agile frameworks in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Lean methodologies and a strong focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Wrike and SAP Solution Manager.
