About

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to join our US sales team, reporting to the Country Manager, North America. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing, commercially driven organisation trusted by enterprise customers to power their localisation and translation management at scale.

You’ll play a key role in driving Lokalise’s growth by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts, with a focus on increasing average deal size while maintaining strong deal velocity. Using a value-led approach, you’ll engage senior stakeholders, run well-controlled sales processes, and build long-term customer relationships without unnecessary complexity.

This role suits an experienced SaaS sales professional with a strong hunter mindset, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to step deals up in value while keeping momentum. This is a scale-up environment built for self-starters who take end-to-end ownership and deliver results without relying on heavy internal structure.

You’ll own your pipeline end to end, combining self-sourced opportunities with high-quality inbound demand and partner-generated leads. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Partnerships teams, and alongside our partner network, to convert well-qualified inbound interest and co-sell opportunities into closed revenue. Success in this role comes from strong judgement about where to focus time and effort, rather than pure volume activity.

Experience

  • You have 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong emphasis on full-cycle sales
  • You have a non-negotiable attitude to owning your number. Exceeding quota is the norm and you’ll move mountains to get there
  • You can demonstrate success of owning the full sales cycle end-to-end, from self-sourced account-led prospecting through to close
  • You bring experience of increasing deal value over time - balancing customer needs and outcomes with speed of execution

Sales Approach

  • Strong hunter mindset — you are comfortable building pipeline through targeted outbound activity, account-led prospecting and disciplined follow-up
  • Consultative and commercially minded — you are able to understand customer priorities quickly and position value clearly without over-engineering the process
  • Confident multi-threader — you are skilled at engaging technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders while keeping deals moving forward

Relationship & Execution Skills

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders — you are able to engage VP and C-level leaders with credibility and sound judgement
  • Clear, direct communicator — you have strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills that move deals forward rather than slow them down
  • Able to manage complex but fast-moving buying processes — you navigate procurement and security with structure and urgency
  • Disciplined operator — you are capable of progressing multiple opportunities at once while maintaining focus, standards, and momentum

What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Win bigger deals without slowing things down
Be comfortable closing deals in the $50-200k ARR range
