Location: 5401 W. 9th St., Greeley, CO 80634

Full time, onsite position

 

The Enrollment Director is a Licensed master’s level therapist (LMFT or LCSW or LPC) who reports to the Executive Director and sits on the Leadership Team. The Enrollment Director coordinates welcoming families into treatment, manages and directs the admissions process and authentically represents all Embark programs to parents/guardians, referents, and prior treatment providers.

Responsibilities

The Enrollment Director represents the program to parents/guardians, referents, prior treatment providers, etc. This position is highly interactive and serves as a critical link between these various entities. The Enrollment Director ensures that the admission processes are completed within the designated time and all documentation is professionally presented. The Enrollment Director also provides direct services for group, individual and family therapy, and will be responsible for carrying a small clinical caseload in addition to their admissions responsibilities.

  • Learn and maintain Embark culture and program norms and live these standards consistently.
  • Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements.
  • Schedule intake assessments within 24 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
  • Complete all admissions within 72 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
  • 100% of clinical documentation is complete within 24 hours of sessions.

Qualifications

 

  • Age: 21+ years of age or older
  • Education: Master's degree in counseling or related field; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent, preferred.
  • Skills: admissions, sales, and enrollment management 
  • Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state
  • A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to pass a state background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
