You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, manage vendor partnerships, and bring structure to complexity with detailed planning, risk management, and clear communication. This position will require 50% travel!

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in engineering, business administration, or related field of study 
  • Demonstrated successes with lifecycle program management within an engineering or manufacturing environment 
  • Experience with engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product development 
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards) to track progress and milestones 
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams 
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and/or quality control processes 
  • Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills 
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical and operational problems quickly and effectively 
  • A proactive approach to managing challenges and delivering innovative solutions 
  • Familiarity with construction management within operating manufacturing setting 
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma), and best practices in engineering and manufacturing 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment 
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision 

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Master’s degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credentials
