Summary of Position
The intern will be working within Intelligent Infrastructure’s Program Management Office, supporting projects related to Design Process Engineering. This role will contribute towards business growth through process development, data analysis, and stakeholder management plans.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive activities related to low-complexity projects and opportunities to support business growth through effective execution.
- Develop appropriate tools supporting improvements.
- Ensure project requirements and objectives are correctly gathered, understood, and properly translated for execution.
- Ensure effective communication, engagement, and progress reporting.
- Regularly update key stakeholders on project status, variances, and corrective actions.
- Implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure program activities align with organizational strategic goals for business growth.
Qualifications
- Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective Communication
- Self-starter – Ability to drive work
- Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- GPA: Min 3.0
- Availability: Must be available to work in Austin, Texas from May 19, 2025 – Aug 8, 2025
